This bike is available in several different sizes, and the following information will help to explain them for you: On this bike, the seat tube extends about an inch from the top tube, so the frame size is about one inch smaller when compared to other bikes on the first measurement. For example the 17 frame is comparable to a 16 sized fame on other bikes. The 21.25 bike- size 7 is comparable to a standard 20 size frame.
