Fire Pits

IIt is no longer necessary to go to a park to have an outdoor fire. Fire Pits can bring the camp fire to your own backyard, and they do not require landscaping to do so.

Fire pits are now available in a variety of sizes and can be found in copper and other metals, as well as the Chimeneas which are made out of terra cotta with an opening on one side.

The metal fire pits will either have a screen topper to prevent ashes and embers from flying into the air as well as for protection. Other versions have screen doors that open to place wood inside of the fire pit. They can be placed on patios, in the yard and on decks.

Some versions are even set up to be used as grills for campfire cookouts in your own backyard.

Be sure to use caution when you have the fire going. Although they are protected with screens, you still want to make sure that hot embers do not get onto your deck.
